About Peter Nichols

Peter Nichols founded PR&M of Tennessee, Inc. in 1990 but his real estate experience began long before starting this successful Fairfield Glade, Crossville and Cumberland County, Tennessee Real Estate Company.

Peter was raised in Milwaukee and Marinette, Wisconsin. He went to school in Madison and started his real estate career in 1970, buying apartments and building. He started his own real estate company in Wisconsin in 1979.

Nichols came to Cumberland County from Wisconsin in 1987 with plans to get into the real estate and building business. Shortly after his arrival, despite having his real estate broker license in Wisconsin, he was surprised to learn that he had to work for a Tennessee real estate broker for two years before he could get his Tennessee Real Estate Broker license. So he began his Tennessee real estate career with his first job in Crossville with Fairfield Resorts Inc., selling lots and timeshares.

In March of 1990, Peter realized his initial goal when he opened PR&M. From that opening day up to today, PR&M has been a diversified company.

Today PR&M is focused on two primary areas of real estate in Fairfield Glade and Crossville, Tennessee: Residential Real Estate in prime locations and Custom-Designed Home Construction.
